Training for First Line Supervisors

Focusing on communication skills, team building and the role of the supervisor as trainer and mentor, the training takes new supervisors through a variety of scenario based exercises to assist them in responding positively to the question "Would I work for me?"  This training for newly appointed first line supervisors is designed to answer the question "Would I work for me"?

Training Duration: 2.5 day

Target Audience: Newly Appointed First Line Supervisors in Correctional and Juvenile Justice Settings.
